Types of cooling modules for mobile communication systems
- DMHE : Door Mount Type Heat Exchanger
- SRHE : Subrack type Heat Exchanger
- HPHE : Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger
Features of Products
- A heat exchanger is a device that employs an air-to-air mode to discharge heat
outside a system while preventing high temperature air inside a system form
being mixed with ambient air outside a system.
- A plate-type heat exchanger(DMHE and SRHE)consists of multiple stacked thin
plates to exchange heat by alternating hot air inside a system and cold air outside
a system between the thin plates.
- In particular, the sub-rack type heat exchanger(SRHE) developed with the
proprietary patented technologies allows higher cooling capability with a compact
design(5U). A heat exchange of heat pipe type(HPHE) consists of fins stacked
on multiple heat pipes to allow the evaporator to absorb heat of a high temperature,
and then discharge the heat outside a system through the fins on the condenser
installed on the outside of the system.

dimensions and Capacities of Heat Exchangers
- Heat exchangers with different dimensions in design and fabrication are available
depending upon the requirements of the customers (e.g. cooling capacity).
- Plate Type : Max 3.2kW
- Heat Pipe Type : Max 2.4kW
- Temperature Rise (¡âT) : within 15¡É
