LED Lighting cooling solution (by heat pipe cooler)
Because of the reliability of fan, most of LED lights adapt natural convention
cooling method.
In the natural convection, the temperature uniformity of heatsink is major
parameter that decides
cooling performance.
APACK has several patents about LED cooling solution using heat pipe.
LED encapsulation
LED light for sign board must be encapsulated with water proof material.
With above LED encapsulation technology, APACK has achieved IP68 level by self-test on 2006.
High power LED cooling solution
APACK developed high power LED light for anti-exclusive light.
In case of anti-exclusive light, the operating conditions are severe (chemically and electronically).
Also the thermal condition is poor.
APACK is planning to develop high power (about 100Watt) anti-exclusive
LED light by 2010.
